Eurosport player problem.

I've signed up to the eurosport player but every time I click on a cycling video it says to download and install Silverlight, which I have done (at least 3 times at this stage!). Am I missing a trick? Can someone please help. Thanks.

Did you run the Silverlight Installer as an Administrator?
Right click > Run as Administrator

Reboot your computer after its done and retest.

Make sure you are getting the latest version:
http /www microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx

Make sure you are using a supported browser version etc

what browser are you using internet explorer found it most stable in that (its all i use it for !) works in firefox never tried it in chrome

Yes I think I have done all of the above but the videos still wont play. Help, I'm going to miss whats left of the Giro!

I've installed Google chrome and Now it's working perfectly. It even works on my phone! At €5.99/month its a real bargain. Thanks for the help regarding the browser folks.
