Nest Camera - a "how to" sticky?

    Hi all,

I've had a blue tit nest box in my garden for the last three years. The first year it was used by a breeding pair, it was ignored last year and it's in use again this year. I assume there are some chicks i it at the moment as the adults are in and out of it all the time.

The nest box is high up on my shed wall. The shed has electrical power and it's located about 15 metres from the WiFi router in my kitchen. I'm hoping that this will facilitate a WiFi nest cam for next year and I'm looking for suggestions as to what camera to get, how best to mount it inside the box, how to make sure there is enough light getting into the box so the camera image is good without it being too bright and putting off the birds from using it.

I'd appreciate a steer from someone who has been through the process in terms of what equipment I should get and how/when I should set it up.

I'm sure others would appreciate a "how to" type sticky on doing this so perhaps this thread might facilitate that also?

    Ben
