Hi Lads

I know by they can get more becouse they're working longer, but I and other lad we started at same time and he still have 11.40 per hour and I have alot more work to do
Also on my payslip is stated that I'm working on production department not in warehouse ???? why
when rest of them have warehouse in payslip , anyone can explain to me what the story with this
I know there was one lad before me in this position and people in factory told me that he get sack when start asking for more money
