Touring plus is heeeaaavy but better protected
GP4 is light, less protected but should have better grip

    For me GP4 is a no-brainer.

Remember, nothing is 100% puncture proof.

I use the 4 seasons during the winter, find them great. Excellent grip and no punctures, touch wood. Chainreaction seem a bit pricey for them though, try here, even with shipping costs they'll work out cheaper: http://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;navigation=1;product=428;page=1;menu=1000,4,22,35;mid=4;pgc=0

I got them last winter. Great grip and no punctures yet after 2500km. Very good tyres
Cheaper with swinruncycle when you consider free delivery and they are irish!

I have the GP 4 seasons on two of my bikes (25s) and find them to be brilliant. excellent grip - have actually saved me certain falls a couple of times, pretty fast and only 1 puncture in over 5000k. Can't imagine using anything else now.

I replaced Continental Touring Plus with Continental Grand Prix 4 Season Vectran + schwalbe extralight tubes.
The first impression is very good, it's like the bike lost about 5 kg + smoother ride + better grip.
