ive just been sitting in the garden feeding our hedgehog and an owl brown with creamy face praps foot and half wingspan silently soared above my head and continued on up thru the back gardens of the wood..magnificent sight ..

You can do this by changing an item in the registry. There are free programs that will help make the change, such as KeyTweak, here:

It’s pretty easy to use, and does it all for you, once you tell it what you want (it shows you the keyboard and tells you how to choose your key changes).
