TV Repair for free?

About 3 years ago, through a recommendation from a boards user, I rang a company based up North who came and collected my TV and fixed it for free. I am trying to remember the companies name. My TV was a samsung and they fix it and recoup the money direct from samsung. Does anyone know the name?
