I always drive slowly over ramps of course as nearly everyone does but in terms of the driving test, what is the maximum speed you are allowed go at over ramps?

There is no maximum speed.
The speed you go over them depends on the severity of the bump, some will be done in 2nd, others in 3rd and the odd time, with the type of bump that your wheels straddle even 4th.

Your speed should then be appropriate for your gear and vise versa
