A medical exam might not be expected to take long. However, depending on the time of each appointment and your modes of transport, it might be wise to consider rescheduling an appointment, rather than risk missing one.

Well if you don't want to cancel your own doctor's appointment, why don't you reschedule the other one instead? A phone call to the doctor will let you know if that's possible.

Assuming doctor is running on time typically should take no longer than 20 mins or so (In my own experience, been to a couple of them - for one PI claim). Essentially the defense want their own medical assessment to understand injury and get their own prognosis.

Don't want to go contrary to any legal advice you may have but I had to bring any radiography etc. I had (which there was quite a bit). They'll generally assess each area of injury, range of motion etc. and talk them through the accident and treatments receive, etc.

    Hope it helps

i think if it will be only 20 r 30 mins i should be ok to meet both DR's - yes i have been informed to bring any x-ray or scans i had done with me so i guess what ur saying is they will look at the scans and x-rays and examine the affected areas and that will be it ? cheers for the replys -The Mustard and K Miller
