Digiweb internet issues

I'm with digiweb and never really had a problem until now. Over the last week it was slow and crashed a few times but for the last 2 days or so there's been no internet. Thephone line works perfectly bit not the internet. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried calling Digiweb?

Yes, after I posted I cackled as didn't get through to anyone but it said they were havig issues in Carlow area
