Hypermobility and strength programming

    I just found out from my physio that I am hyper-mobile. This was news to me as I never considered myself particularly flexible, but on the other hand it would make sense of why I seem to pick up twists and sprains more often than most people I know.

    One of the main up shots of this is that I need to concentrate on stability exercises more and be careful about over-training if I'm working on strength. Problem is that I already do a lot of stability stuff, and I thought I was careful about over training. Does anyone know where I could get some good advice on adapting strength training to take into account my higher than average stability problems? I did a quick search of the net, but nothing is really jumping out at me.
