Depends on what connectors your PSU.has

Most cards need a six pin and and 8 pin PCI express connection. What is your budget?

Edit looked up your PSU has 2x 6 pin. Is your case a Dell too?

Ok budget wise you are looking at an AMD r9270. Which is about 40% more powerful than your old one. Has 2 gigs memory.

And with this gpu and my processor can it run a game for example Dayz on high? I can already run on med with small frame lag

Should do if your current one manages this. And dayz is still not full release so should see more improvements.

You need to make sure your case can house it.

You need to look inside your case at PSU and see does it have the six pins for sure. It should have but just to be on the safe side.
