We are looking to replace all floor surfaces downstairs, hall, kitchen, sitting room.

What roughly would it cost to lay them, 50Ms.
I'd be removing the old floors.

    Cheers

All depends on what type of spec of tiles you require but a ballpark figure in regional Ireland(outside Dublin) would be between €60 and €65 a sq metre, that would be for supply and fit.

Yer man clearly said depends on the spec, i.e. the quality of the tile.

If you paid circa €8 per sq metre of tile, that is very clearly at low end of price range.

And how does a person go about getting it for one fifth of the price in tile style?
