Where can I buy a golden apple snail for my aquarium? I'm in a Galway area. Didn't find them in any of our local pet shops. Thanks.

I read it somewhere that they were put on the invasive species list, so if true, you won't find them in shops anymore. Your best bet is to buy one locally from someone who breeds them.

I got one in Stillorgan about 2 years ago.

As m4r10 said though, they've gone on some list so they can't be sold in the country.

I was looking for these as well. Unfortunately they are not being supplied to fish shops anymore.
