    Hi,

I am thinking about buying some gates to replace old gates that are gone past use for the farm.

I will be transporting them on a cow trailer.

I plan to buy rachet straps to secure the gates when transporting.

Would you reccomend good rachet staps and how many would I need to secure three of four gates? The straps would be handy for again so want to buy ones that will last. thanks

I find the pack of 4 light ratchet straps that they have in Lidl grand for that sort of light work.

Some of the bigger straps are very awkward.

Rope is very handy as well if you know how to tighten it down right and make a right knot!

This is what you want, hooks bolted onto the side of the trailer. Always there when you want them.
