Kubota m108s jumpy clutch

I have kubota m108s - only recently got. Great power but when put tractor into road gar (swing shift rabbit) the tractor is very very jumpy taking off in 1st from standstill. If pulling a load I have to really hold the clutch and even then its way way way too jumpy and I don't like using it. The tractor has a clutchless…

The tractor has a clutchless shuttle so I a afraid holding the clutch will damage it because it says on the sticker in the tractor not to use clutch I think

I would really appreciate any help from other 108s owners
