Was looking for these for a while as we already have 1 camera unit.

    http://www.motorola.com/us/other-baby-monitors/MBP28%2F2-Digital-Wireless-Video-Baby-Monitor/MBP28%2F2-Baby-Monitor.html

We now have 1 camera in each of the kids rooms for night time and 1 camera in the play room to ensure that they don't bate the head of each other while we are not looking!

They started at €99 went to €79 and have now dropped to €59 in Aldi stores. 5 units remain in my local store so should be some more about too.

Best prices elsewhere seems to be about £90 sterling on Amazon or €129 on some Irish sites.

They said they had 5 in Cobh store. I contacted Aldi on Facebook before and they were really good. They checked stock in a few stores for me. Maybe try that.

We have had one of these (single camera unit) for 2 years now. Our eldest son is 25 months old and we got it the week before he was born. Never had any problems with it so far. It's in use every night and also during nap time in the day.
The only thing we found is that the parents unit battery only last about an hour now and probably needs to remain plugged in but that's not really an issue as its pretty portable and the plug lead is long enough to not be restricted.

Sounds good. When did these become available? Gonna hit Aldi this morning and look for them.

Contacted Aldi and the camera is still at 99 as per website. It has not dropped to 59....now that is the official line from Aldi but they don't know any stores selling at 59

I contacted Aldi last December as the price had dropped to 79 but they were out of stock in all stores in my locality (they checked all stores in County Cork)
They are 79 in 3 stores in have been in recently and as I say 59 in my local store so it's worth looking around as prices in store seem to be different

Just want to say, I have one of these for my nearly two year old.

The good thing about it is the parent monitor only activates for quite significant noise, which is better than our other monitor that just replays every single noise, especially annoying when we used to play White noise.

However is my opinion, night vision on this monitor is virtually non existent. In surprised noone else has said it, unless we have a dud unit.

Also great is the way it toggles between all your camera units. So we now have 3 cameras and you choose 'all cameras' on the parent unit and it switches between the cameras in 30 seconds intervals. If there is a noise from one camera it flashes up a warning too. You can also turn off the display on the parents unit and it still picks up the sounds.

I must say our night vision is fine. It's not amazing but is sufficient to see the room in enough detail or if you take the camera and attach it to the cot it will show you the baby without issue in the darkest of rooms.

Just checked Aldi in Kells- still €99.99. Knew nothing about any price reduction. Can anyone confirm where these are reduced?

I picked up the store display one for €49.99 in Trinity Street Wexford, had no more left in stock. Im guessing the price reductions are for the stores with 1 or 2 left. Delighted with it so far.

I contacted Aldi about the difference in price between stores and got this back yesterday...

"Hi, The baby monitors have been reduced to €49.99 from €99.99 since the 29th May."

Tullamore have some in stock and I think Portlaoise.
