Yep, was mates with a manager type, who's mrs also worked in the place we worked. She took a shine to me and we ended up riding behind his back - he even asked me to go and stay in their house when he was away on business one time.

I felt no guilt, I wasn't the one two-timing anyone, I was just getting the end away.

The tables turned though, when a couple of years later she started seeing someone behind MY back.

No, I prefer to keep my work and private life as separate as can be. Although one place I used to work had so many people getting together there you'd think it was part of your work duties.

It can go horribly wrong though. One place I worked there were a pair of colleagues who'd had a relationship but it had ended. Only, they wound up loathing one another. They expected everyone else would take their side which made for some very awkward moments. Thankfully the man left soon afterwards so it got a bit more bearable. Christ but we wished the pair of them dead over the whole thing.

Back in the "college jobs" phase I'd have had a few but only ever once got drunk enough to sleep with a colleague in my professional career. I think it was her first week in the office and we all went out for drinks that Friday. Nothing ended too badly since neither of us wanted to pursue it further.

I guess that makes me a bit of a slut but I don't really care. I'm on good terms with them all bar the one that left.

Most of the time, as long as staff are at least discreet about it and it isn't negatively affecting their productivity or the atmosphere in the workplace, management don't particularly care what their staff do in their private lives.

Nope. But then again, there is no one at work that is free that I am attracted to. And even if there was, then no. It wouldn't be my cup of tea to see someone 24/7.

Though saying that, there are a few couples at work, who are either married or in the process of getting married.
