Saw 2 white blackbirds over the years (albino) and one 1/2 and 1/2 blackbird.

In the days before mobile phones with cameras.

I'm not taking the proverbial, but saw a B/W cat yesterday in the village who had a white face, small moustache and markings looking like hair, parted in the middle.

Could only get a body shot on the phone, am trying to get a good photo of the Hitler cat.

    Yuba

Saw a pure white hare near my home during the real cold winter a couple of years back. There was one spotted in Monaghan aswell. They reckon it was the cold weather that did it. They can change colour if the weather stays cold enough for long enough.

We had an Albino Pheasant on the land last summer.Only saw him twice, I suppose a fox got him as the camouflage wouldn't be great!

We looked for a white pheasant this year to release for next season could not get one and took a melanistic one instead.
The gun that knocks that bird is paying for lunch that day. This forfeit seems a tradition in some clubs with the white birds.
