Let's be honest, people don't walk around with signs on their necks saying: "I am a liar" or "I am not to be trusted with money" etc etc. All too often you have to have the dealings with a person to find out what they really are.... Sometimes your guard was down and it's too late.

    Sad but true.
I find both trust and distrust are both equally earned. I say that from both my actions with others and others actions with me.

Like i've been a total ejjit in the past :o Trusting others who well.. displayed such blatant actions of distrust. But like a total thick went along with things.

Sad to say but I think you have to have more distrust of people. Vast majority of the time someone has an angle and to feck is it in your interest :pac:

Chap in a pub in London who, first of all was very overweight, sat down close to me and explained 'I can make you millionaire...where you from? And as I explained where I was from he fell asleep... Absolutely true, in a pub across the road from Ealing Broadway station many years ago.

    Ming ?

He is not to be trusted either.

His whole career started as a vendetta against his landlord Fianna Fáil TD Frank Fahey.

Ming has had penalty points 'inappropriately' quashed through his corruption a few times.

Ming is definitely not to be trusted.

He also happens to be one of the most inarticulate speakers I have ever heard.

I am saying it DOESN'T set him apart.

He is just as untrustworthy as FF and FG.

    I did.

They are all bad...but Ming and Wallace are particularly bad.

The worst and weirdest political rant I have heard recently was Eamonn Coghlan's meltdown.

People who think they know everything.

" leave that to me, I know what I am doing .... "

    Reminds me of a saying.

Trust is a hard thing to earn, but very easy to lose.

Burglars - never trusted em. I caught one there the other day and he said he was looking for his ball, but I had my suspicions. Who wears a stripey black and white jumper, a mask and carries a big sack while looking for their ball? In my sitting room? Bespicious.
