Rayburn 440K oil fired range

Does anyone have any experience with the Rayburn 440K oil fired range? In the house we are renting at the moment there is a Stanley deluxe 90 oil range and although I don't like the look of it I love how warm the rads are and the heat of the kitchen with it running. So I am looking for something similar but nicer looking for the renovation we are doing. Our setup is that the range will heat DHW and all the rads/towel rails in our bathrooms (~6 rads). I don't want the twin burner types as I want the range to be heating the room and rads at the same time.. Does anyone know if the 440K would be good for this?
    Many Thanks!
