Did you get a p45 off the first company? And have you got a separate p45 from the second company yet?

I got p45 from 1st company and gave it to the employer as soon as I received it which was roughly start of April ,I only finished with 2nd employer last fri so have not got p45 from them yet

The second employer should have sorted your emergency tax before you finished as they had the info needed for 5 to 6 weeks.
To ensure everything is sorted through your third employer, call Revenue and give them your new employers details. Ask to have all credits and rate band transferred to the new job. If Revenue haven't gotten your second P45 by the time you call, they will put you on a week one basis which means you won't be emergency taxed with the third employer.

But you won't be able to get your emergency tax back through the third employer until the second employer or you provide Revenue with your second P45.

It gets a bit messy with the multiple employments.
