Can I work part time on Invalidity Pension??

I'm on Invalidity Pension over a year now due to a long term anxiety disorder. Things have improved a little for me and I would like to maybe take up some part time work not even so much for the money but just to be back out in the world and trying to build confidence again.

I'm worried about going into the social welfare and asking them as they might just stop my money if I start saying I feel I can work again. To be deadly honest I'm not sure how I will get on if I do take up work again. It could go either way.

Any advice??

Talk to your Doctor about it also as they will most likely be happy That you feel able to do take up some work again even if part-time, they may give you a letter recommending it as therapeutic.
