    Hey all,
Wondering what Manpower are like these days. Last time I was employed by them was nearly 7 years ago, in a very short stint at Eircom. Have kind of avoided them since, but wondering are they still to be avoided? Going for Deskside support jobs.

as bad as ever or even worse.
working full time with them for several years now
every 6 months they lie to your face about pay increases and bonus's to keep you there
no vhi , pensions or extra holidays
they promote people from within without interview or even advertising the jobs
their hr staff keep quitting cause they know how bad it is.
witch hunts when you are late or absent or have done something wrong- love giving warnings
    high rate of attrition
do not provide training , wont support training or time off for courses or exams
complete lack of processes and procedures
make you pay for the "local pub christmas partys"
no contact from them not even a thankyou at the end of year for making them so much money
avoid at all costs or at the most use them as a stepping stone-i know how tough things are out there............
