Strongly considering selling my iPhone 5s & getting this for a change of scenery. That's a great price.

Even cheaper is from eglobalcentral.eu €299 for the black 16GB model (D821) and use discount code Chkout5 for €5 euro off. White and red models are €289.

Used this site myself shipped via DHL and no issues shipped on Friday from Hong Kong and arrived in Dublin Monday morning. Apologies for not being able to add a link.

EUglobal ship from China so you have no European warranty. Also, the phone will be a Far Eastern version, although that shouldn't matter much with the N5.

I have dealt with EUglobal before and wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now, see here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=90084839&postcount=305

I think customs will start stopping stuff from them sooner or later. Everything is marked with a value of €18. You would be hit with a customs charge of about €75 on an N5 for €300.

    It's €316.93 (€313.43 + 3.50) if you ship to Parcel Motel
Due to VAT being lower in UK

Hardly worth the risk, I think. You really should increase the insurance on Parcelmotel for a phone valued at over €300, and that'll cost you another €3.50.

Plus any returns etc will need to be from Parcelmotel. Dunno how that would work to Spain?

You started on Samsung, That is a ridiculous comparison.

Their bloatware is nothing like Nexus. So it would be best suited to judge it against a nexus.

I went from an s3 to a nexus 5. They are world's apart. The nexus flies along compared to a Samsung. There's no comparison. Would agree that the Samsungs are over bloated.

Having used both the Nexus 4 and 5, I've moved to an iPhone 5s. Overall I prefer the Iphone. By beef with the Nexus was mainly down to the android software. There is alot of bugs that are still being fixed and the main reason I changed was that the phone would crash on different apps. I searched online for a solution only to find the same answer 'Google is currently working to resolve this issue'. That said the nexus 5 is a great phone and extremely reasonably priced.

But until Google and the developers etc fix these bugs, I'm gonna stick with the iPhone. BTW the nexus 6 should see a release date in October so hopefully by then most issues will be resolved.

Great price, but the lack of a memory slot is a complete turn off for me.

The very fact that you don't know this suggests to me that you didn't do any research before you moved from one OS (which you had been on for a long time and must have been happy with) to another which is pretty dumb imo.

Just read online about that. Its an awful shame, and a bad move. If Google wants a decent grasp on the smartphone market they need to consistently produce.

Has anyone bought this recently and how long did it take for it to process payment and ship?
