Weston-Super-Mare Ebay sellers.

    I recently purchased a laptop battery off a seller who had item located in Weston-Super-Mare UK, battery never arrived case open ongoing and on doing further research it seems alot of ebay sellers have Weston-Super-Mare as there item location but when you click into the seller they are based in the usa, hong kong, china etc.
    Is this address a uk address for non eu sellers? cant make sense of it, any info be great thanks. :)
