    1. Try following post # 54 on the pandawillforum. It's is less complicated than the flashing route.

    You will find that the keyboard will be Russian, you need to go into settings/language & input click on the settings icon for Android keyboard (AOSP), select inout languages and de select Russian.


    2. Try THIS if GPS does not work after updating 1.

    I updated the software on my N2 (following post 54), was having problems with charging the phone so thought I may as well try that, charging seems to be sorted but my PLAYSTORE is not working. Followed the other thread on PW about that but no joy.

    Most (all) JB Roms for N2 have charging issues (as well as many other problems), Vondroids has a solution See 9.2 HERE.

    Paid app problem is HERE. It’s a lot of work, but it fixes for me if I just power off and on.

    Basically, the N2 is best running ICS and terrible on JB. I have tried almost every JB Rom and all have their own problems such as time zone, lag, swapping of SD card, random resetting, locking on boot, playing on loud speaker when removing earphones etc.....

    I actually got annoyed with mine one night and tried to break it :mad:, so I can say that the only good thing about it is that it is well built....

    Given up on it for a while and gone back to G3 with Ervius rom and lots of Xposed mods.
