Okay so I don't know if this is in the right place so I'm sorry... I've literally started this post soo many times
I cut my arms with a razor, its not very deep but it does bleed a lot and it doesn't scar for long, only like a week or so. I always cut my left arm because its less obvious. Whenever I cut my left hand goes really really cold but my right arm would be completely fine like normal temperature. Is that bad or is it just conincidence? I've been noticing it this past few weeks now.
And pleasee don't judge me, I've never told anyone before and it's my only way of coping with stuff

    Hi OP

I am really sorry but you are asking us to give you advice that borders on the medical.
Please go see your GP and ask them, no-one here can realistically answer you.

From our charter though please have a look at this resource: http://www.pieta.ie/
    Particularly this section: http://www.pieta.ie/index.php/ive-been-self-harming

There are a variety of reasons why someone self-harms, but in terms of getting advice on why one hand goes cold or otherwise I am afraid this forum really cannot help beyond suggestion you seek proper support and guidance as above.
