Got an 11sp rear mech and chain working perfectly with my Centaur 10sp chainset. Think it's fine. It's more of a question of will an 11sp chain work with a 10sp chainset, which it does. I think the difference in thickness between the two chains is the outer thickness and that the space inside the links is the same.

If you change the inner ring on the crank to an 11 speed ( strong light on e bay €40) it will work..

    Hi Victor

I'm interested in the rear mech and the chain. Running ten sped at the moment, looking to start picking up a few 11 speed bits for an upgrade.
What's the bottom line on the two?

Last question, have you been using the chain on a standard chain set i.e. 53/39 or is it for a compact? I'm fairly sure it'll work either way
    Thanks Mark
