    Hi,
    We have gone sale agreed on a 4 bed property & we'd like to arrange a survey, however, we
    think we should go with a structural survey - but we dont know to what level the details will be.
    Is this the way to go?? or what are the types available and what do they report on??

    We'd like a thorough report done that could highlight any serious defects.

    This is an end of terrace property - should we have a boundary survey done or is that O.T.T??
