    Knocknaharney mast since 7pm yesterday. I bought the seven 5 bundle will this be refunded since I haven't been able to use it?

    Hi Chris_,

    We are not aware of any problems with masts at this location. Could you remove the battery from your phone while turned on then switch back on does this make a difference?
