Vodafone or Smart Telecom?

I'm leaving Digiweb and have narrowed the choice down to Vodafone http://www.vodafone.ie/home-phone-broadband/simply-broadband-max/ or Smart Telecom at €29.95 any recommendations for either? how is their customer service / support etc?

Smart are owned by Digiweb, and don't do fibre only as Digiweb. If you are in a fibre area go with Vodafone if you want a change.
