Bit of background info, single mother, 1 daughter aged 8, working part time for the last couple of years with a yearly income of about 15k, also receive about 9k in opfp and 1800 in maintenance, mature student living on my own for the last 10 years, no rent allowance anyone know the likely hood of getting it?

Also do mature students who qualifies for higher rate automatically receive non adjacent rate? Many thanks flo2008

No you dont automatically get the non adjacent rate - it depends on distance

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
