Other than calling into random petrol stations is there a way to reduce your personal fuel bill, like loyalty cards?

Say Topaz or Apple Green - if you only went to them and stayed loyal can you get a discount?

Texaco operates the "Star Rewards" system in the UK, where among other things you can get a £5 voucher per 500l of fuel. I'm not aware of anything like that here, although it would be no harm.

Topaz have the 'Play or Park' card. But more of a monthly draw, one entry for every 200 litres/points.

Maxol would be paying my mortgage if they brought a loyalty card out.

i could be wrong , but i thought that certain types of loyalty cards for petrol/diesel were outlawed, about the time that the government removed the maximum fuel price (showing my age now)

Stick with the pump price folks, loyalty cards are just a smokescreen to distract you away from the important number which is the one on the pump.

They are an absolute joke. Before getting company car 2 years ago I spent €4500 over 12 months with apple green and I built up half price cinema ticket. FFS

At xmas they usually sent out free coffee voucher with 10 euro of next fill. That's as good as it got........
Their loyalty card does not discount fuel price at all?

    waste of time.

Tesco clubcard is probably the best if they have a station near you. Generally their pump prices are at the lower end.

I wouldnt say that supermarket petrol is as good as what is in branded stations. But that is just my experience.

You will need a toyota reg plate and the last 4 digits of its chassis number to get it.
