When you get to a certain age, its about trying to put on lean mass.
At 17 you just want to put on mass, get lots of calories in and start lifting some weights.
Milk is probably the best thing you can have as its 650-700 calories in a litre, and quite cheap when you are 17.
Try eating every two hours and mostly clean food.
Whats your typical diet and exercise regime?

He means cheap for a 17 year old. Not gonna break the bank spending 2 euro a day on milk. And that's the expensive stuff.

On another note of course it gets more expensive as you age. Inflation my friend

Don't do this. Most of them will go out the way they came in.

Eat anything and everything. The greasier the better.

If your an ectomorph you can't put on size eating clean.

My daily intake to make any gains is 5000 calories.

    Have shakes. Drink calories.

Add cream peanut butter milk protein powder yoghurt nuts all in a blender.

You can easily get 1500 calories in a delicious shake.

Ps - god dammit I'm jealous.

I'd probably fight somebody right now for a peanut butter shake with oats, cream, milk and some white chocolate whey.

    So so jealous.

If I looked at that shake I'd put on weight!

The 'Monkey Business' smoothy from Zumo, top dog!

    1 part Orange Juice
    2 parts Pineapple Juice
    1-2 Bananas
    2-4 table spoons Peanut Butter
    Same as above Frozen Yoghurt
    Dollop of Honey
    Ice

That is near perfect the same smoothy. Increase the Peano and Yog for moar calories/less tasting fantastic though :P

Was never a fan of creatine myself. It was incredibly gritty and did nothing.

Milk, banana, peanut butter and MP vanilla whey is the business.

Full fat milk and peanut butter will help you easily rack up the calories..

You don't need to over think it, just keep putting tasty things into the blender until you find a mix you like that has heaps of calories!
