In Irish criminal law is there a specific offence of theft by finding ? If so, what is the statute ?

I am thinking of a specific offence as distinct from an act of finding in circumstances that could be construed as the act of theft.

AFAIK Theft by finding was in the old Larceny Act. The current definition of theft now covers the offence.
