Its not something any national bookmakers do, multiple seats, obscure candidates & local issues - the bookies would get fairly destroyed by local specialist inside information.

You could email paddypower with the name of the candidate you want and they'd probably quote you a price.
Alternatively check with one or two of the local independent bookmakers in the area, they might price it up.
