Hourly Rate to Annual Wage

    Quick one -

I'm trying to work out someone's annual salary from the hourly wage they've been told they'll recieve.

Is standard payroll to simply multiply the hourly rate by the hours in the day, then by 5 for the week and by 52 for the annual salary in order to work out the weekly tax charges?

    Thanks

This can be worked out that way, are you to presume they work a 39 hour week and are employed the full year?
