Does Pat the Cope give all his pension to charity?

Even if he does give all to charity now, he's still collecting a fat salary. When he finally does retire, I'm sure he won't be giving any of his 5 pensions to charity, and the rest of us will be lucky to get one measly pension.

I personally just dont believe him - If it is one of his election pillars - then he should declare exactly what monies he gives to what charity . Or even not name the charities.

    For example say something like " - I gave 50,000 to charity x on 12 Dec 2013 , 20,000 to charity y on 3 June 2012.etc."

It should all add up to his huge pension totals.

Im not saying he didnt give these huge sums to charity - but I cant believe what Fianna Fail say - especially at election time.

Im sure he gives some money to charity - but I dont think it is on the scale he is declaring.

Even if he gives it all away, we still have to pay for it.

Better if he declined to collect it in the first place.

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.
