    Hi,

have always kept my road & mtb clean, chain lubed etc but never really thought about internals - bb, headset, cables.

Cube road bike had press fit bb and is fine. Can't really do anything there except replace.
Mtb has hollow-tech II screw in bb - so question - is there a need or any issue with removing these, cleaning, regreasing and re-installing these.
Would this Shimano grease do the trick - here .

    Thx

    K

They are designed to be replaced( there is DIY stuff on web on how to regrease) but they are cheap and easy to replace.

Park Tools website has all the info you want. Easy job with two specific tools, one for dust cap on non drive crank and specific open ended spanner for cups.

I do my road bike bb every winter worn or not
