Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has interviewed for Citibank in the last while? I have an interview for Case Manager and wondered if anyone could give me any tips on the interview, what kind of questions might come up etc? I really hate interviews as I get so nervous and tend to go off the point quite a bit. The recruitment agency I got the interview through have told me it will be quite heavily competency based as in give examples of how you dealt with such and such a situation. I hate these kind of questions so want to get a better idea if possible of specific questions they might ask. Any help is appreciated.

I did one just over a year ago. It is based around a situational judgement test which is difficult. I tried to justify all my answers but didn't get the job.

Hi I had an interview with Citibank in July. I didn't apply for a position with them. They rang me, they had seen my CV on a job website. Had a telephone interview with a recruiter in London. Then a telephone interview with a hiring manager in the USA. Then followed up with an interview in the offices in Dublin.

Its now August and have never heard anything from them. I have sent emails to the HR Dept and the hiring manager in the USA and no reply.

Has anyone had the same experience?????
