we all know the feeling. You've had your sandwich and drink and even though sandwich was filling, your tastebuds ask for more. Mine used to be crisps, but i gave them das boot. Now i am eating a bar of choc (something I really never did) do not have a sweet tooth.

anyone got recommendations for a tasty healthy alternative? don't say fruit or youghurt i eat way enough at brekkie and post dinner.

    cheers

    p.s. remember i said tasty :)

That your tastebuds want something else is an illusion. Your sandwich is not satisfying you. What do you put in your sandwich?

I'd just eat meat and some veg or rice... boiled egg or two as a snack if I'm hungry

I know what you mean, I always want something sweet after a dinner/lunch! Square of dark choc after dinner does it for me or a spoon of peanut butter at lunch.

I love an apple. They take just long enough to eat so your brain has time to catch up with your stomach.

Plus they really do keep the doctor away:

A sliced apple with almond butter is a lovely healthy treat.

    I have a coffee.

My lunch doesn't leave my tastebuds asking for more.

    +1 for peanut butter.

You can get jelly pots that are only 10 calories a pop. (if you don't mind the additives)

Have you tried chewing gum? I have 3 or 4 bits as a dessert when.I can
