I have used them to Jeddah with and even shorter connection time, it was perfect I really enjoyed flying with them.

Flew to Saudi with them last month, Top class! free food, drink and lots to watch on the entertainment console.

Ya I've done this flight a few times. I've always had enough time. Going through security when you land in Istanbul can be very busy at times but I've never missed a connection because of it.
