Does the FETAC award replace the LC on a CV?

I'm doing a FETAC Level 5 course next year and I'm wondering if I get all distinctions on all the modules (400 points) does that sort of overwrite the LC if I get under 400? Like do I still put down two of the results on my CV? I also don't plan to do amazing in LC honestly, 350 or below is something I'd be expecting, and I have no intention of repeating, so if I got 400 in the FETAC course would it look better and could I just not put down the LC results?

FETAC level 5 is the equivalent of a Leaving Cert so I guess you could probably leave it out if you really want to but I don't see what's wrong with putting both down.
