    I'm actively looking at new houses around the Dublin area (particularly North Dublin and Co. Dublin). Do you know of any show homes that are open for viewing at the weekend? I'm having a hard time finding information about show homes that are open for public viewing and would like to get some recommendations on nice developments.

    Criteria:
    3-4 bedroom home or apartment
    Up to €300k
