When seeking a flatmate or tenant, are you proactive, reactive or both?

    Hi guys,

I was looking into finding a place to share with others in Dublin lately. I put a 'flatmate profile' ad up on one of the sites and got a good few replies from landlords/landladies and people looking to find others to share with them. So I am just wondering if when you have a room to offer are you more likely to:

    1) Put up your property listing and deal with replies as they come in.

    2) Put up a listing but also browse profiles for suitable prospective tenants.

    3) Only browse profiles without posting a listing.

Interested to know via the poll.

    Thanks
