So in the last week or 2 I've noticed my motivation has all but left me, my body is tired all the time my body is craving junk food and I feel weaker in the gym, is this a plateau or is it my body not able for the training I'm not sure but I am worried ,

I have only been training since jan and I have lost 24 pounds which I'm delighted with but I aim to lose another 2-3 stone and it just feels like I've stalled and I can't get the mind frame I once had back, is this common? How can I change it?

    Any help greatly appreciated

What has life, training, and food been like lately? This slump could have a few causes, from inadequate recovery, poor nutrition, or being stressed or overworked.
