Hi, I had no problem with last year's renewal, but this year it is asking me if there will be a change in the number of student dependents next year, but my brother is only sitting his junior cert in June, so while I have every faith in him, I can't really say yes or no to that question until he gets his course acceptance…

Hi,

I want to call them Monday, but I know that you need to call at least 3 times to get any answer and I have exams starting next week, has anyone had this problem before? Can you tell me what to do?
