Sky - Intro a Friend - Restrictions for Apartments

I noticed that Sky's Introduce a Friend offer has a note regarding apartments and to call them. I don't particularly want to call them and have to put up with the rigmarole. Does anyone know what these restrictions are? Thanks.

Sky use a 3rd party installer for apartments with a shared dish scheme, so they'll need to do the install
