Any ideas if this is something to worry about or just uneducated torque use. This reading was taken after 80km motorway spin.

    Thanks

Reset your fault codes and see what comes up.

As above. Reset and run again.

If it happens again, then remove and clean EGR. Test again.

Its an 18 month old car in warranty. Just first service by Audi a month ago... Should I not just hassle them?

ah, in that case get them to read the codes with a proper diagnostics unit and take it from there.

A6 2l TDI. When I check for fault log it has nothing. This comes up under Test results rather than fault codes. Don't know what eml is sorry..Ah just realised it means Engine Management light...no its not on.

But each time I do reading it says the same issue as above. Numbers are different but it still says not ok.

Torque is a generic reader and is reading values from the ECU. From the standard settings the EGR Monitor is reporting a value that is out-of-band and thus throwing an error.

However, you're not getting an EML, so I would hazard a guess that everything is ok and it is just a incorrect report by Torque that there's a problem rather than a real issue. If your EGR was giving grief, I'd expect an error to be thrown on the dash.

    I'd ignore.

Thanks for that. Car under warranty till end of July so just antsy about anything potentially risky cropping up before that date :D
