Hi guys - headed down to wexford town for 6/7 weeks in the summer with work - just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a gym i might be able to join for the time i'm down there - don't need classes or anything just a solid gym with a well kitted out free weights section, power cage etc., pool would be handy for triathlon training as well.

Whites hotel high performance centre would be the best equipment wise.
Ivanko weights, indoor sprint track, pool, deadly setup.

Not sure if they do weekly membership though.

The pool at ferrybank is payg and there is a gym, but I don't know how well equipped it is.

Whites is definitely the best set up equipment wise, Im sure if you rang them they'd do some deal with you for 2/3 months off peak membership maybe. Ferrycarrig has a good gym but is out of the town and a bit pricey.
